Carla grew up mostly in foster care.  In the system, she had ran away from more homes than you could count.  Everyone labeled her trouble.  Even when she was very young.  It was by dumb chance at all that she fell into this thing with Jackson.  They met at a club.  One of those nights Lulu had drug Jackson along on 'business.'  Carla got her hooks into Jackson at first because he was cute.  Maybe a little dumb, but cute.  Carla got a little taste of power since hooking up with Jackson.  She often struggles between doing what's right and her own ambitions.

Strengths: 

Carla breathes a pheromone through her lips.  Carried on the hint of her breathe anyone within reach (within the size of a room) will be effected.  Carla can seduce men, and women very easily this way.  Though it is not technically mind control, it puts the victim in a highly suggestible state.  Carla basically has a magic breathe that acts like cupid's arrow to anyone she chooses to seduce.
